Manage the program review process, including: preparing “Summaries of National Program Reviews” for institutions with visits in the upcoming semester, preparing “Status of National Program Reviews,” and responding to inquiries about program reviews from institutions. Develop and manage training sessions for SPA program reviewers on the use of performance assessment data in program reviews. Facilitate SPA reviews, including regular communications about procedures, policies, timelines, etc. to SPA Program Review Coordinators. Ensure the accuracy of program database data, and develop guidelines for web-based submissions of program and SPA reports. Develop reports for SASB's P&E Committee meetings. Serve as the accreditation team liaison to the Specialty Areas Studies Board.
