Shari L. Francis, Vice President for State Relations
Manages the NCATE State Partnership Program and works with state officials to create, renew, and maintain partnership agreements for joint state and NCATE reviews of teacher education institutions. Administers NCATE’s state-related information network and serves as NCATE liaison for the Council of Chief State School Officer’s consortium for model licensing standards (INTASC) and the National Committee for Teaching and America’s Future. Serves as the program and grant coordinator for NCATE 2000.
