Denise Bundy, Assistant for Information Management
Manages the institutional database. Coordinates the compilation of the NCATE portion of the joint AACTE/NCATE annual report. Designs many forms relating to the accreditation process, including the Intent for Continuing Accreditation, Basic Information, and Intent to Seek Accreditation forms. Assists with managing UAB’s system for reviewing case reports and preparing the accreditation action reports.
