Professional Biography:

Shonna Tatum is in her sixth year of providing instructor services for the University of West Alabama. Currently, she serves part-time as an instructor in the College of Education and Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness at the University of West Alabama’s Fitness Center. Mrs. Tatum is Coordinator of Health Fairs, Blood Drives, and Health Screenings that serves the community, faculty, staff, and students. She currently serves on the Health and Wellness Committee and Exercise Science Club.
Mrs. Tatum is a native of York, Alabama and is a 1980 graduate of Sumter Academy. She is married to Steve Tatum of Demopolis, Alabama and they have two children, Danielle, 16, and Natalie, 11. She enjoys softball and fishing.
