Grant material submitted to the National Athletic Trainer's Association Research and Education Foundation to conduct a research project entitled "An Assessment of Sports Medicine Supervision in Southeastern United States Secondary Schools". This project consist of surveying all secondary school members of the state high school athletic associations in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee with the Self-Appraisal Checklist for Health Supervision in Scholastic Athletic Programs as revised in 1993 by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Amount requested $4588.50.
