five-year strategic plan for the University of West Alabama. Developed and conducted the
University's first comprehensive facilities inventory and classification Performed the calculations to
adjust the Alabama Commission on Higher Education Regular Coordinated The University of West
Alabama’s proposal to enter the Alabama Supercomputer Served as a member of the
University Planning Council, Institutional Research Committee Served as The University of West
Alabama's representative to the Alabama Commission on Higher Planned, developed, coordinated,
and wrote a series of multi-year Title III Program proposals for the University of West Alabama
which resulted in funding exceeding $3.7 million.
These program proposals included funding for
faculty development, curriculum development programs, student services, a Technical Division,
and management information/ decision/support system development including hardware and software. Served as project officer and coordinated with the staff of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education in the development of the Bachelor of Technology Degree Program and associate degree technical programs for The University of West Alabama.

Army Selected Accomplishments:
Planned, developed, and coordinated a model combat service support Training
program which integrated training and operational support between Alabama and
Georgia National Guard Units. Received the Army Achievement Medal and Letters of
Commendation from the 167th Corps Support Command (COSCOM) Commander and the
Adjutant Generals of Alabama and Georgia for this accomplishment. Operations
Research Systems Analyst, 167th
Materiel Management Center (MMC), Alabama Selected Accomplishments:
Developed, conducted, and wrote a comprehensive staff study in
cooperation with 7th U. S. Corps Information Systems Officer which indicated a
need for the MMC's Tables of Organization and Equipment to be modified to
include a Systems Support Division. A formal proposal was submitted along with the staff study to
the Department of the Army. All
MMC's throughout the Army now include a Systems Support Division.
