Professional bio:   Andy comes to The University of West Alabama from St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital System in Savannah, Georgia.  Andy was the head athletic trainer at South Effingham High School for his two years in Savannah.  Andy received his BS in Athletic Training from Valdosta State University in 2001.  While a student at VSU, Andy worked with men’s basketball, baseball, and football.  After graduating from VSU, Andy attended Auburn University as a graduate assistant and obtained a Masters Degree in Physical Education while working primarily with the football team during his two years at Auburn.
